For external use only. Bring 4-6 cups of water to a soft boil for approximately 5 minutes. Pour 1⁄4 cup of herbs into a pot, bowl, or yoni steam seat. Add water to your container of choice, covering the herbs. Test the water by waving your hand 8 to 10 inches above the steam. If it’s too hot, wait another minute and test again. When the steam feels warm but not overly hot, remove your underwear and sit over top of the pot, bowl, or seat, hovering above so that the steam reaches you. Place a towel over your legs to trap heat and prolong the yoni steam (if it’s too hot, remove the towel until some steam releases). Journal, meditate, or relax until the steam becomes cool.
