some big news—

saturday 11/16 will be my final workshop at @yogaunderthepalms kailua, full moon reiki & restore from 5 to 6:30pm

it’s always hard to find the right words to capture what we experience during our retreats, so i really hope these photos can share a small glimpse of the magic

we’ve just landed after the magnetic woman retreat in mexico, and it was not

i remember a time when i would let my “obligations” dictate my life

waking up in the morning, i would prioritize breakfast and a shower, but would let my meditation, journaling, & grounding routine fall to the side

I currently live, work, and teach on Hawai’i, an indigenous space whose land has been cared for and sustained by native Hawai’ians for generations. I acknowledge that Her Majesty Queen Lili’uokalanai yielded the Hawa'i’ian Kingdom under duress and protest to the United States to avoid the bloodshed of her people. I am deeply grateful to reside on Hawai’i and enjoy the gifts of this land.
